SPGroup a.s. was established in 1995 as the holding company of SPG Financial Group. The business activity concentrated on acquiring, holding and selling major share stakes of companies, and managing its subsidiaries and assets with the aim of increasing their value.

At present, SPGroup owns majority share stakes predominantly in industrial companies, financial companies, real estate agencies and property development companies.

The stability of the group is based on three pillars – investments in industrial companies, financial services and real estate investments. The group is seeking new projects that will enable its expansion in the existing sectors, but it is willing to enter into new sectors as well, if they are lucrative.
